The Elliott - Feline Fine

Handsome Elliott was born in Chilliwack in 2002, and adopted as a kitten by Drinking Dog editor, Michaela. He was a rambunctous but lovable fella from day one, and could usually be found either hunting outside or snuggling up to his people for some love. When Michaela moved to Vancouver, she had to leave Elliott behind with her parents until she could find an apartment that allowed pets. When she finally moved into a cat-friendly pad, Elliott moved in and settled right into city life. As he got older, though he'd still bring home the odd mouse (gifts that were never appreciated by his mum), he could usually be found napping, his favourite spot being wherever he could be closest to (or on top of) his mum. This candle honours Elliott, who passed away last year at age 17 and is missed by everyone who got to cuddle him.
